Hi Kenny,
I've got one very good B2 non-foiling rudder blade if your still interested. I've got even two of them that I can let go. I'm in France but the 14' Worlds are to take place in Carnac, France, in August and there will be 14' from Canada. So this could probably work.
Let me know what you think and let me also know what money you're willing to put in this.
Cheers,

hello Fred !
thanks for the response!
I have found a good rudder in Boston, where I'll be sailing next, for $200.
I would like to have a good spare (I am using these rudders as daggerboard in my IC),
but I doubt $200 is worth your effort.
if that does seem a reasonable price to you, maybe the Canadian 14 guys would bring it back to Canada in the container,
as you suggest ? later on I could have them send it out to Calgary where I live, by fedex.
Happy Sailing !

my email is agtfree1@hotmail.com
thanks for the help !
Ken

Hi Ken,
I let the rudder to Eric Tulk, a Canadian 14er who lives in Toronto but who have relatives in Calgary. He should get there before the end of the year and so will be able to deliver the rudder to you. I guess he will get in touch when he's back from France but do not hesitate to contact him if not.
If €200 (a bit more than $200...) is OK for you, that will be fine for me. Let me know when you hear from Eric.
Cheers,

I put it on our Trailer. I won't get it until the end of September, but should be able to bring it out in January.

Which boat do you have? Last I knew there were to ICs in Alberta (yellow modern, and Windbourne). I'm a friend of Mike L (and used to sail out of CYC).

hey Fred and mothra,
well, 200Euros becomes $300 Canadian. oh dear.
if the rudder is indeed in very fine shape, I'd still go for it.
