L. Francis Herreshoff is supposed to have said (about the I-14s) that they are "Dangerous Freaks that can only be sailed by a couple of trained athletes". Anyone know the context of this quote and whether it's authentic?

I had no luck googling it. I suppose someone well versed in his writings may know. It's a great quote that belongs on our website if true.
