Penultiumate sails UK

Post by DLee1339 » Thu Jul 03, 2014 6:26 pm

I've just bought 1339, an old Jon Turner boat, which has been sitting unloved in a back garden for many years. She is still in good condition and is almost ready to go sailing again, but sadly the mainsail was left outside so has deteriorated badly and really needs replacing. Does anyone based in the UK have a half decent mainsail which might be suitable? The jib and kite are tired but useable, but I would interested if there are some better ones available.

Thanks in advance

Now sorted, Jon Turner remembered he had an almost unused penny 14 mainsail gathering dust in his workshop :D

He also has a mainsail from the Boss prototype in excellent condition which could be cut down to suit an older 14 - might be useful to someone. Think he was asking £50
