[WANTED] Secondhand square top main in the UK

Hi all, I am planning a trip to the UK next week (on the 23rd) to get a new Seldèn S3 carbon mast for the old modified B2. Therefore I think this would be a good opportunity to come back with a square top mainsail. If anyone of you has a secondhand or a development sail and wish to get rid of it, pl...

If you can find a container then it's all good. Hi James, I'm expecting one or two quotations for a groupage shipping. If the price is cheap enough to make the deal interesting, would it be possible for you to pack the mast and sail and in a single lot (maybe roll the mainsail around the mast itsel...

Hi Eike, I think that there is a sistership in the US, I saw her on the PAC RIM videos, there: http://www.international14.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4056#4056. At 4'25" in the first video and at 1' and 2'20" in the second one. The sail number is USA 1153, maybe you can find out who is the owner and a...

Hi Dave,
That's sounds interesting... Would you have any name for a broker in Perth or even Fremantle? :?: Anyway, I can use Google for that...

Please take it away. I wish I could... :? Seriously, I could make you an offer and then try to find a way to have the mast and sail ship to France or Western Europe. If I can't find any container, it could then last until the next Worlds in Sydney in January 2010, but this could be OK for me...

James,
If you can have a quotation for the shipping or if you hear about someone coming to Europe with a container let me know. Otherwise let's it give up. :?

Thanks Dave. Yes I think the only good way to make it cheap and worth it is to find someone with a container coming from Australia to Europe. Unfortunately, the Worlds in Sidney are in more than 15 months! :? One question about the mast, James: where are the spreaders? I can't see them on the photo?...

Hi dynah moe,
Do you think you can find a way to ship everything to France (Western Europe could also be OK...) ?
Let me know anyway because I am interested.

Now found! We have just bought an old modified B2: ex-GBR 1375. In fact, we made a part exchange for our Kiwi B3 "Z" with the German young team who owned 1375, in order for them to upgrade and prepare the 2009 Worlds in Sydney and for us to "downgrade" and sail a more forgiving boat. Anyone how coul...

[FOUND] Self-tacking Bieker 2/3

Hi all, I am looking for a late Bieker 3 with T-foil rudder and self-tacking jib. It could also be a modified B2. I do not need many sails or other extras, but the boat (hull, rig, foils, ropes…) must be in good sailing condition and ready for club racing. Any offer under £4000 welcome. Email me fsh...

Usual tunings for standing rigging?

Hi all, First of all, congratulations for Saturday's match to all the English members of this forum! This was a tough match, you did better than us, and you have two real star players with Jonny and Jason! So please, do the same against the Springboks. Well, now let's come back to the subject of thi...
