Hi Joe, no slight intended in "the top two" mention. Just got excited in seeing an Olympic level helm /top skiff crew sailing a 14 (b6) and (long time 4deener ) Paul G getting 'on it' in his 2006 b5 . Damian

Agree with all said here . More lady helms the better as it stops some of the idiot male helms moaning when they get caned by the gals . Fair few in Germany and Christina Bassadone (gb 470 helm) is giving it a go inthe UK.

mate , times a moving on , I'm getting too old and too slow at the pointy end ! So gonna chill for a bit and plan to have ago at driving one in a couple of years when I'm really too old . Mind you only as long as those that are in power sort some glamour worlds out post Sydney 2010 .

Evening , So the 18s are going to hold the JJ Giltinan's in Carnac in 2009 . First time ever outside Australia . Did hear a very good idea of holding the 14 Worlds there in 2010 back in Cowes last year . What's happened with that ? It's a no brainer surely !!!!!! Personally, I have sacked 14 crewing...

Why does the transom part have to be tied to the internal block ? Why can't it go around a back to back ?
