Re: good non-foil Bieker rudder

Hi Ken, I let the rudder to Eric Tulk, a Canadian 14er who lives in Toronto but who have relatives in Calgary. He should get there before the end of the year and so will be able to deliver the rudder to you. I guess he will get in touch when he's back from France but do not hesitate to contact him i...

Re: good non-foil Bieker rudder

Hi Kenny, I've got one very good B2 non-foiling rudder blade if your still interested. I've got even two of them that I can let go. I'm in France but the 14' Worlds are to take place in Carnac, France, in August and there will be 14' from Canada. So this could probably work. Let me know what you thi...

Re: A new i14 crossing the channel

That's a very good news and I hope this will encourage the French fleet to be ready for 2016 Worlds (hopping they will take place in Carnac!).
See you soon on the water...

You're quite right Steve, the photo is outdated: they've changed the color of the control lines! ;-)

Re: 2010 14 euros

We had a great event in Quiberon! I'll try to post a report soon but I'm quite busy at work at the moment. Roger and Ben were excellent, as expected I would say... The three French boats are still learning, but one of them learns much faster than the two others! A video af the first two sunny and wi...

Re: Daggerboard wanted, USA, west coast

Many thanks for the reply and proposal Dave! :P If you plan to come to the European, that would be a good way to collect your foil. And I have another repaired daggerboard to train until September. Would you have any picture of your Bieker foil (is it standard or high-aspect, already or to be repair...

Re: Daggerboard wanted, USA, west coast

Hi all,

Does any of you know whether we can find the same kind of Bieker foils (especially the dagger board) in the UK or anywhere else in Western Europe?
Thanks in advance for your reply!

I wasn't in Sydney but would like to see split fleets at all future worlds. From my point of view, it allows more interesting contest for those how would be in the top ten of the silver fleet rather than in the middle of a single fleet. Of course, this works only if there is a sufficient number of b...

Re: Looking for Ride for POW 2010 in Hayling

a reasonable helm/crew I love British understatement!  Congratulation, Archie, for your second title and astonishing results in Sydney. I hope I can see you one day (maybe at POW 2010…) and get some advice from you to understand how 14s work. What about the Europeans in Quiberon in Sep...

I Dave,
Can you make splices with the Maffioli Swiftcord in order to have continuous control lines? If so, can you explain the method and upload some photos?
Many thanks,
