Re: Future of the Forum
The forum is very useful and I know that people search a lot of topics and get information on rigging and fixing things. In my view Facebook is more promotional and fun for fleet interest. keep both.
How abut updating the international14.org world site?- its looking a bit outdated and unorganized!

Re: East Coast 14s
They've either been bought up and moved to Toronto where there is a really nice fleet or they've been outdated, moved West to the Midwest or West Coast. There's a couple of guys that still have boats there, but no fleets. That being said there are good fleets in SoCal, NorCal, Seattle, Hawaii, and a...

Re: I14 North American Championship
Doug, I think we expect to have a total of 8 US Boats... we'll get on the laggards to get their entries in. A surprising number of the fleet doing Transpac this year, which has split a few teams up, but we'll represent. Going to be a great event!

Re: USA 1147 B3 for sale - US East Coast - $5500
This is a great boat and is fully turn key that I had the pleasure of sailing and take care of for quite a few years. With Worlds coming to the US in 2018 this is a great boat to get in on the ground floor and have heaps of fun. Dig it! Toby, we look forward to you and Jay getting back in the fleet ...

Re: Boat in a box - the Shu3
Steve, I look forward to seeing your new boat bomb through all the waves in Richmond! For this one, are you going to do the same or different Carbon reinforcements? Are you going to do the Gantry like the new B6's?

Re: Mainsail mast top lock
never had a problem with the CST mast lock, its simple light and easy. Run a thin line down the inside of your mast exiting the bottom side. Just have to have room at the dock to flip boat and slide main in from the top, which adds wear on to your main a bit, (at least where we launch), but its a so...

Hendo, are the new boats being cored with Nomex now? Which hull did you switch over to from the foam core?

Re: Q&A with Brad Devine
Jay, while Brad's boat is complete off the hook, from the way it looks to its adjustability, and it looks sick and the systems he has are insane... the boats that went 1-2 at the Worlds were probably more similar to your boat in their lack of adjustability. Simple controls, pinned rigs in many cases...
