I've been using this for about 4 years, and like it quite a bit. Runs very well. It's a fairly hard/dense line. I remove that portion of the cover that isn't required which is about the last 25'. I've heard that its a good idea to make sure your foot doesn't go too far into the foot strap. Something along the lines that you should only see your toes on the other side. I've used both swiftcord and 1/8" spectra. They both work great. The nice thing about using spectra is that its very easy to splice the ends together to make a continuous system and I don't think that's possible with swiftord.
